The Millbrae Arts Association (MAA) was created in 1977 as a nonprofit art group to encourage and support all forms of art in our community. We are located on the Peninsula in the San Francisco Bay area. Our group provides:
-
membership open to all individuals from beginner to advanced painters or people interested in art
-
bi-monthly artist demonstrations on techniques, painting styles, painting critiques in all media. Open to the public
-
online gallery of members' works
-
online links to members' websites
-
non-profit supporting our local high school students
We invite you to attend as our guest for an artist demonstration. Meet our friendly group and learn more about art. We hope that you will join the MAA and enjoy the camaraderie of people who have been members since its inception.
Meetings are held at the Millbrae Recreation Center, 477 Lincoln Circle, Millbrae, CA.
We have two afternoon meetings and three evening meetings during the year. In January, we celebrate another year of our organization at our Annual Dinner.
